The service
We design, build and host your website. Launch is $149 a month with nothing up front. Growth is $349 a month. No contract. Cancel whenever, and your domain stays yours.
What counts as a content edit
Launch includes unlimited content edits. A content edit is a change to your hours, prices, schedule, photos, or wording. Design changes and brand-new pages are part of Growth, or available as a change request.
Your domain
You own your domain. We never register it or hold it in our name, and it goes where you go.
Your systems
Your booking, scheduling, and payment systems stay exactly as they are — we link to them, we never replace them.
If you cancel
Tell us and we wind down gracefully. 30 days grace, buyout or $300 static export available. The buyout is $1,800 one-time, and with it you own the code outright.
If a payment fails
We warn you first and retry. If it stays unpaid for 30 days the site pauses. We never delete your content without telling you.
Previews
A preview we built before you asked is a concept, clearly labeled as one. If you would rather it not exist, tell us and we take it down.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise what is written on this page and on the pricing page, and we work to keep your site fast and online. We do not promise particular business results, search rankings, or traffic, and nobody honest can.
What you give us
The photos and words you send us stay yours. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them to build and run your site.
If we ever get it wrong
If something on our side causes you a loss, the most we will owe you is the amount you have paid us for the service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost business.
The law that applies
These terms follow Georgia law, and any dispute is handled in the courts of Georgia.
