What we collect
What you type into our forms, which is your name, your email, your business name and your website address. If you become a client, the information you give us at onboarding, including your mobile number if you sign up for text alerts. Anonymous visit counts for this site and basic visit analytics for the client sites we host, with no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. And any email you send us.
What we do with it
We use it to build your preview, reply to you, and run the service. That is the whole list. We never sell your information and we never share it for advertising.
Text messages
If you purchase our Lead Alerts service, you give us your mobile number in our onboarding form and agree in writing to receive automated new-lead alert texts for your own website. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies with your website's lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing hello@northpinedesign.com. The full opt-in flow is shown at northpinedesign.com/lead-alerts.
Where it lives
Your information is stored with the established hosting providers we use to run the service, protected by their security and ours.
How long we keep it
Preview requests expire on their own. Client information stays for as long as we work together. Either way, ask and we delete it.
If the law asks
If we are legally required to share information, we share the minimum required and nothing more.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time. Email hello@northpinedesign.com and we will take care of it.
